Waimangaroa Operational Support

Waimangaroa Volunteer Fire Brigade is situated in Buller, on the West Coast. Waimangaroa Volunteer Fire Brigade was formed in 1952. Today it includes Operational Support members as well as Firefighters in the Brigade, and runs a Cadet programme for 10-16 year olds.
The Operational Support members are crucial to the success of the Brigade, they are trained to undertake all tasks alongside our Firefighters - except for wearing Breathing Apparatus.
